Shared Technology Capabilities

Cross-cutting capabilities that serve both tracks — the engineering spine behind every RDS delivery.

Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Platforms

Role-specialized agent teams spanning architecture, engineering, analysis, compliance, and review. Multi-provider LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Ollama) with provider-agnostic abstractions. RAG, cognitive safety, and prompt caching engineered into production for cost discipline. Operational in the Collaborative Machines platform and applied across customer deliveries in both tracks.

Full-Stack Software Delivery

Backend (Python, FastAPI), frontend (React, TypeScript), polyglot data (PostgreSQL, Neo4j, MongoDB), containerization (Docker), cloud deployment (Azure Commercial and Azure GCC High). Nine production applications built in eight months with agentic AI engineered in throughout. Shared component library keeps delivery velocity high across engagements.

DevSecOps & CI/CD

GitHub Actions CI/CD across all projects. Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), monitoring (Prometheus and Grafana), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep), health checks, and incident response discipline. Security practices integrated throughout the pipeline — not bolted on at the end.

Cognitive Science & UX Research

PhD-level cognitive science and human factors integrated into AI agent design and operator workflow research. Human-AI teaming (trust calibration, cognitive safety, bounded-rationality modeling), user research, and cognitive-load-aware UX for mission-critical interfaces. Led by Grace Roessling, Ph.D. — Director, Agent Cognition and UX / Human Factors (Cognitive Science, RPI; Postdoc Carnegie Mellon). See the Excellence pillar for detail and research-teaming opportunities.

Architecture Maturity Model

Before engaging, assess where your program's architecture practice stands today. Our five-level framework helps customers identify the shortest path from current state to competitive advantage — and frames the scope of engagement needed to get there.
